Technology Student Association

Our TSA (Technology Student Association) chapter is dedicated to providing students with opportunities to explore, learn, and apply STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) skills in meaningful and engaging ways. Throughout the school year, our members participate in a variety of activities, including team-building events, community service projects, leadership development opportunities, and competitive events at the state and national level. These experiences allow students to strengthen problem-solving skills, collaborate with peers, and showcase their talents in STEM-related fields.

We also engage in community service activities such as supporting local initiatives and partnering with organizations to give back to our community. In the spring, our members prepare for and compete in the Alabama TSA State Conference, where students test their skills in a wide range of STEM events and represent our school with pride.

Mission Statement
The mission of TSA is to prepare its members for the challenges of a dynamic world by promoting leadership, personal growth, and opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Our chapter strives to create an environment where students can build friendships, develop leadership skills, and pursue their passion for innovation and design while making a positive impact on both our school and our community.

There is a $25 fee to join and TSA will meet during Connect on 9/5, 10/24, 11/21, 1/9, 2/13, 3/27, and 5/8 during the 2025-26 School Year.

We do a STEM Partners in Education Fundraiser every year to raise funds for our annual trip to the Alabama TSA State Conference.
