Message from the Executive Principal

Welcome to Athens High School

I am extremely honored to serve as principal of Athens High School. Along with our dedicated faculty and staff, I am committed to the social-emotional and academic development of our students. 

At Athens High School, we believe positive and productive relationships are at the heart of student success. With that in mind, I encourage you to become an active participant in your child’s education. Together, let us support your child’s learning by making sure he/she attends school daily and arrives on time, completes all coursework, and reads regularly to develop a love of reading and to improve literacy skills. Your child’s potential for achievement will greatly increase when we partner in these critical areas.

As principal, I want to keep you informed of all that is taking place at Athens High School. To that end, I ask you to visit our school and district websites frequently. These will serve as helpful resources for upcoming events, important reminders, and school and district policies and procedures. Also, please check with our guidance department to make certain the school has your most up-to-date contact information so you will not miss notifications relayed by phone, email, or postal mail.
